I have been rammed into, I have had close calls with ignorant monkey-looking motorists almost on an hourly basis, anytime I hit the roads of Accra. I have wondered what my best solution could be, besides driving an armored vehicle or shot-to-kill anyone who crosses my path on Accra roads (3/4 of all motorists would then be dead, and Oh! the pedestrians are as stupid as...). Anyhow, does anyone know the true circumstances of the accident, because there is a chance that the driver of the High Official delegations convoy was at fault. These over zealous government and highly paid drivers think they own the roads in Ghana. They have no respect for the law or pedestrians. They will flip on their blinking caution light, simply because they have a white man or big man in their car. Incidentally, the occupants of these vehicles never advise the chauffeurs to exercise caution. I have crossed paths with several rich housewives with their ugly looking ignorant chauffeurs, driving recklessly, and when you look over, the fat itch will stare you down like "so what?". Some of them deserve bad things happening to them...

In this case, the Russian Chief Justice was rushed to an unequipped hospital in the Volta Region. It could be said that he received Emergency Treatment at this hospital, but he should have been air lifted immediately or soon after the emergency treatment!
The question is Where is Ghana's Chief Justice? No one hears about this woman? Is she dynamic enough for this very High Office?
In all the Supreme Court Electional Petition Case, no one heard a word from the Chief Justice. She is completely anonymous!!! Unseen, Unheard. Is she comfortable in this role.
Justice Atugubah has rather stolen the show!!!! Atuguba's name will reign supreme for years and Law Students and Social commentators will read about 'Atuguba and Co' for many, many years to come.
