  Read the Bible and see what it says - start from Genesis - and you will see that the death penalty has divine justification. You kill somebody, you get killed legally as well. The USA has it all over the place - the USA where it is a right to carry small arms for self protection, if not for the death penalty, the whole place would have been like war zone. Ghana has come to a point where the death penalty is necessary - don't argue it: it is recommended by the Bible.
