  Hon.Minister should rather see this development as a big opportunity, identify those areas and inverst by Erecting giant MASK's/Tower's in those areas and rent out to telcos.

  What about the tons of money the NDC collects under the name of GIFEC? Whoever audits this huhudious NDC company. How does the NDC use the "funds" collected from subscribers to improve telecommunication networks in the countr ...

  What about the tons of money the NDC collects under the name of GIFEC? Whoever audits this huhudious NDC company. How does the NDC use the "funds" collected from subscribers to improve telecommunication networks in the country (this was the ostensible excuse they gave for setting up GIFEC).
