He was the brain behind all the nasty things JJ did to Ashantis/Akan when he took the reign of power and he was the brain behind Mills making that "I fear the Ashanti Project" and he is the only person to explain that project.

Preparation is a very huge key here,as well as,preventive mechanism.
Lions are naturally instinctive predators/hunters that begin to hunt at three years old.They have to be trained to acquire the skills needed to hunt on their own.
Ghana needs to prepare for such an eventuality before it strikes.
