make sense to me. this is the clause shielding and protecting our leaders from accountability and prosecution as they walk away free from corruption. i think its a good thing if its removed going forward.

JJ rawlings should face his accusers in a court of law..it is bad precedent to bury corrupt deeds in the name of peace...If Akuffo Addo had the chance in a court of law, to determine that he was not robbed. Ghana and ghanaians whose lives were interrupted by these coups, need to be granted the opportunity to face these coup plotters to determine whether these coups were justified...

We are happy to hear the CPP standing up for the dignity and integrity of Ghana and Kwame Nkrumah. Criminals like Kotoka and Afrifa have no place in legitimacy and legality. The indemnity clause is turning justice and law on their heads and rather criminalizing the elected President Nkrumah, the CPP government, and the 1960 Constitution, while legalizing murderers like Afrifa killing General Barwah, diamond thieves like Harlley and Deku, and treasonists like the NLC. JJ has the same ideology as the NLC, that is why he indemnified them and criminalized Nkrumah; Sandhurst Mentality under neo-colonial ideology.
