Try and answer thisd question, then you would be well educated on why Mahama had more than 460,000 than his elected MPs in parliament. What was the votes of John Mahama in Ashanti region compared to the votes of the 4 NDC MPs from the same Ashanti Region? The answer to this puzzle will erase the doubts from your mind. You see, NPP conveniently chose to ignore as usual, the number of votes garnered by Mahama in areas as Ashanti region where even with almost 700,000 votes, the NDC has only 4 MPs. If you choose to ignore this fact as NPP is doing, you arrive at the wrong conclusion. The Presidential elctions can never be an aggregate of votes of MPs in Parliament. It must include votes of losing candidates. This is free lesson for you and Lawyer Addisson.

So this useful academic exercise is being examined along tribal lines by the NDC. Extreme bigotry such as religious and tribal intolerance will only lead to crazy attacks such as what happened in Kenya. After all since 1981, the PNDC/NDC have had 24yrs to rule Ghana, whiles the NPP had only 8yrs, so the NPP has been very tolerant of the NDC.

Furthermore, it is still very important for Ghanaians to know why over-voting,unsigned documents, serialized electoral material (pink sheet),duplicate polling stations as recorded on a pink sheet were all declared upright by some supreme court judges.

Ghanaians also needs to find out the reason why if you add all the NDC parliamentary votes together it is 122,000 less than than of the NPP and how John Mahama magically got additional 460,000 votes more than his majority parliamentarians votes put together.

Even a class one pupil knows that apart from the MPs votes there are several million votes outside parliament which went to the losing MPs, so where do you place such votes? take Ashanti Region alone, do you know Mahama had almost 700,000 with only 4 NDC MPs? So what should happen to his votes there? Lawyer Addisson was short of ideas in his closing remarks and threw that line of argument, which was not even responded to because of its nonsense value. That is why many are saying NPP supporters have been deceived by their leaders throughout this petition.

Nothing will come out of the post mortem examination as their numerous lawyers can never ever withstand the legal and jurisprudence agilities of the Migthy Tsatsu!! The disgrace of the 2012 Election Petition will go down in the annals of the Ghanaian history and never ever will thei Mate Meho offshoots think of sendingf any vexacious and frivolous petition to the courts for the annulment of innocent and rightly declared votes!!!

It's unfortunate that with the so called learned lawyers of the NPP, they could not fathom the painful truth that the courts don't declare or vote for Presidents!!!!!!
They should learn again, that the so-called verandah people, the masses of people are those who vote for presidents!! Never any incongruent reasoning besides what the founding and writers of our constitution put there boldly!! This is brilliant. I have no political affliliations but I am ashamed of the supreme court judges. DI should have laos got foreign experts involved to see their conclusions. I can tell you , in any developed country Mahama would not be president. it is only Africa who cannot be bold to make simple decisions. What they are good at is corruption. Even their pastors & so called men of God are all crooks and egotists sitting in private jets and claiming they are have been blessed of God. What they practise is attachment to materialism which is a disease of the mind and does not adorn the soul which is the God part of every human being. These guys have a lot to learn. When they exit the physical body and they are not encumbered by their physical mind & body, they will see a little clearer but will have to incarnate again to pay for their ill thought actions in future lifetimes. In his verbal submission Lawyer Addison made a very serious and deliberate lie to the judges which unfortunately has been swallowed, as usual by NPP followers without proper analysis. The petitioners came up with this strange notion that in parliament, NDC has more MPs than NPP, yet when you tally all the votes of the MPs, those of NPP exceed NDC. And that Nana Addo's total from NPP MPs exceed that of Mahama. On the surface these are true and undisputable facts. It is like three blind men describing an elephant, one says it is long like a snake because he touched only the tail. One says is like a tree because he also touched the trunk, and the third said the elephant is a tube, because he touched the mouth. You need to put all these parts together to get the real picture of an elephant.
1. Ashanti Region, which the petitioners did not want to analyse provides the answer to their puzzle. President Mahama had over 600,000 votes from Ashanti Region with only 4 or so elected NDC MPs. So where do you put all those votes that went to the losing candidates who are not in parliament? Throw them away as Addison and his group of lawyers chose to do. Simple,Mahama got a whopping 600,000 from Ashanti Region while his 4 MPs put together can't even account for half of that.
2. Ask kennedy Agyapong, the Assin MP, he would tell you that in 2000, he was the only NPP MP who got more votes than then candidate Kuffour for the presidential in his constituency. This means Kuffour actually beat all the NPP MPs in their constituencies safe in Assin Fosu. This means when a presidential candidate is more popular than the parliamentary candidate nationwide, there is bound to be a disparity between the two results. If it were not so, there will be no need to conduct two separate polls. Lastly, what happened to the votes of the independent MPs. Where were they added? Thrown away? Ofcourse we all know where the votes went for those constituencies, take for instance that constituency in Central Region, KEEA, where the NDC voted for President Mahama and against the NDC candidate, allowing the NPP guy to win. These scenarios were very rampant, and I did not expect the petitioners to gloss over them as they did. You see, they say "figures don't lie, but liars can figure" The whole is different from the sum of some of its parts.

Perhaps this event will be cathartic for the NPP but it is pointless and quite frankly serves no useful purpose. Why not assemble a panel of neutral legal experts to examine the pros and cons? Then we will take it seriously.

They have at one point or other made their views known already. This collection gives credence to the perception of the NPP as an Akan party with a few opportunists of the likes of Okudjato and Bawumia.

However, when they were to give judgement, they threw away this line of argument which the court itself had set out! The answer is simple. If they had gone on that path John Mahama would have been out of the Golden Jubilee House by now! With just the decision of one Judge saying Yes, and with all the respondents saying agreeing that there were; MECHANICAL ERRORS, CHEMICAL ERRORS, 'TRNSPOTATIONAL' ERRORS, and all the errors one could think of. The court was simply EVASSIVE!!!
