GYEEDA, WOYOME, BETTY MOULD, ATO QUARSHIE, GH AIRWAYS ETC ALL DEFRAUDED THE GOVT N PPL OF GH OUT OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. AGGUDEY DEFRAUDED SSNIT. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE.

A different Aguddey will come out of prison.This will be the time for him to reflect on his past and strategize for the future.My advice to him is that all is not lost yet.He should accept what has happened to him as part of life,adopt a positive approach to life and move on;mindful never to repeat the mistakes that landed him in jail.

He was subsequently ordered to pay back all monies owed SSNIT and also pay a fine of 500 penalty units.

The money there can build Ghana all over. Trust me. I know the workers of Gocrest security will suffer to get what they deserve even if Aggudey is jailed for life. I'm challenging any worker of Gocrest to come forward and prove to us any monies paid them. We are watching!!

Yes he should be jailed but were the following considered:1)Has anybody in SSNIT been jailed for mismanaging the fund? 2)Has anybody in SSNIT been jailed for the loss of historical information which was corrected by just sending out sheets for contributors to fill to be used in updating their database3)How come every middle level and senior ssnit staff own a flat or bungalow built using the funds of ssnit. in effect ssnit staff have the highest occupancy per organisation percentage of the flats and bungalows funded by the fund. 4) In a country with un employed graduates would it not have been wiser to take over or jointly manage the gocrest company to pay the amount due. This decison will definately result in the collapse of the company and nearly 5000+ with a multiplying efect jobs will be lost. 6) Who is the real beneficiary of this jail term? 7) have ALL lebanese and Indian companies in Ghana paid their staffs SSNIT contributions? or are the laws different for them? 8) What is the total cost of the SSNIT board for the period January 2008 TO the time of Aggudeys imprisonment and did anybody give them key objectives to justify the payments they made to themselves? 10) Has anybody scrutinised SSNITS bad debts account and has anybody been sent to court for causing financial loss to the state? Clearly there is selective justice in this country!!!Not sure if this man would have even gone to court if he was an NDC MAN. For 2.3 million cedis he has been jailed? for 57 million cedis WOYOME is at the frontline of all state functions and always shown on TV. Indeed just yesterday he was prominently shown on TV when the corpse of Mr Awoonor was brought and Woyome was amonst the VVIPS.
