It is true the Supreme Court gave out two categories of issues to were to be determined. But from reading these issues it was very clear they were not clear cut pigeon hole issues. It was therefore going to take breaking down these issues into categories that could be verified and weights attached to each looking at the evidence. Thanks to Gabby Otchere Darko's earlier expose. Luckily the SC took the views of the petitioners who put out 6 categories as issues to be determined in order to arrive at a verifiable decision. These categories were fashioned out by the Petitioners, not the SC nor the respondants. So what weight was to be given to each of these six categories? The weight for each category was determined by how many of the justices voted for the petitioners and who voted against them on that category. Very very simple. On three of the categories it was unanimous, meaning all 9 judges dismissed the claims. That is 9-0 against the petitioners. On the remaining three categories the scores or weights were 5-4,5-4,5-4 against the petitioners. There was no single category in which the petioners had more votes or weights. So in ordinary arithmetic when we find the average it would be (9+9+9+5+5+5)/6 = 42/6 =7 for the respondants. For the petitioners the average score is (0+0+0+4+4+4)/6 =12/6 = 2. So the final score over the six categories proposed by the petitioners and adopted by the SC works out to be 7 - 2 against Jake and Dr Pink Sheet. So where did Sam Okudzato get his figures from? It is high time people took arithmetic and logic lessons serious at school.

In fact he Atuguba was so anxious he read a wrong judgement which was corrected after 24 hours in the books. Atuguba is treacherous, dishonest, and did not exhibit objectivity throghout the deliberations In fact if dotse a Kuffuor had not allowed his tribal affliations with Tsikata to cloud his objectivity Mahamah could have lost 4 to 5. THE PETITIONERS in their own right should have taken him off the panel. Isnt it ironic that Rawlings appointees: ATUGUBA, GBADEGBE, AKOTO BAMFO, voted deciding that NO VOTER INFRACTIONS TOOK PLACE in the December 2012 election and that the PETITION was without merit?. If the conditions or perimeters which were set by the SC had stated that the SC judges must not declare the election valid even if a particular Justice of the panel found one of the six determining factors to be at fault then all six factors be considered invalid, then I will say Mr.Okudzeto might be right on his accounts. However, his analysis based on the 588-pages Judgement's transcripts is inconclusive in the article.

That was exactly what the SC agreed to do following the prompting by the petitioners and they have the right to adopt any such procedure under their rules. So what were the scores on these categories as demanded by the petitioners? 9-0,9-0,9-0,5-4,5-4,5-4 all against the petitioners whether some of the justices switched sides or not. So on which of these categories of claims could a decision in favour of the petioners be based?

Is he saying he is the only one who can read the judgement and deduct meaningful logic out of it? Am afraid for Ghana if we have people like this who are to no better. After all, all the nine justices ruled on three counts in favor of Mahama, the other three was 5 to 4 in favor of Mahama. How can you then come to the conclusion that because it was not explicitly stated by the three above mentioned justices in their summary judgement dismissing the petition, it amount ruling in favor of Akufo Addo. Was it stated like that in the judgement? He should ask him self and come again. To me the judgement is 44 to 12 in favor of Prez. John Mahama.

The petitioners did not ask for a re-run of the elections in affected areas. They asked for the annulment of 4 million votes and for a declaration that Akuffo Addo was duly elected President (minus the 2,002 pink sheets including Asokwa pink sheet).

2 Judges asking for a re-run in affected areas, where the presiding officers would then sign the pink sheets is not a WIN by any stretch of the imagination. The outcome would have been the same. The Presiding Officers signature and the other matters would not have affected the outcome. The petitioners definition of over voting included blanks read as zero. In any case only 2 of the Judges offered this solution which the petitioner's had not asked for.

Being a frafra or latrine man who has risen to become a judge is what motivates, not some one who claims to be from a superior tribe but is empty and hides behind his tribe. I respect people who deal with others on issues and not hide behind tribe. Such people are cowards and cannot stand on their own without hiding behind their tribe. Let your tribe hide behind you and proof to others how superior you are. Only empty cowards with no substance talk and write the way you do. You do not exhibit any enlightenment. It is true the Supreme Court gave out two categories of issues to were to be determined. But from reading these issues it was very clear they were not clear cut pigeon hole issues. It was therefore going to take breaking down these issues into categories that could be verified and weights attached to each looking at the evidence. Thanks to Gabby Otchere Darko's earlier expose. Luckily the SC took the views of the petitioners who put out 6 categories as issues to be determined in order to arrive at a verifiable decision. These categories were fashioned out by the Petitioners, not the SC nor the respondants. So what weight was to be given to each of these six categories? The weight for each category was determined by how many of the justices voted for the petitioners and who voted against them on that category. Very very simple. On three of the categories it was unanimous, meaning all 9 judges dismissed the claims. That is 9-0 against the petitioners. On the remaining three categories the scores or weights were 5-4,5-4,5-4 against the petitioners. There was no single category in which the petioners had more votes or weights. So in ordinary arithmetic when we find the average it would be (9+9+9+5+5+5)/6 = 42/6 =7 for the respondants. For the petitioners the average score is (0+0+0+4+4+4)/6 =12/6 = 2. So the final score over the six categories proposed by the petitioners and adopted by the SC works out to be 7 - 2 against Jake and Dr Pink Sheet. So where did Sam Okudzato get his figures from? It is high time people took arithmetic and logic lessons serious at school
