  The U.S. will not invest in Africa to transfer technology and her power generation will focused on crude oil products power generators since U.S. does not want any country in Africa to have nuclear generator. In 1966 the U.S. took from Ghana a small soviet nuclear power generator and has up to date not supplied Ghana with a nuclear generator.
  So the hands of the U.S. is behind the increase in the price of utilities.

  The Africa Energy sector will contribute to gross domestic income surplus.
  
  This will enable the selected Power- Africa countries to provide the recommended energy to feed the Ghanaian businesses and organisations, as such, the other Power- Africa countries.
  This will enable investors to operate effectively when the have access to quality energy at their various business locations whether in the rural areas or the urban centers.
  
  US have done great work by granting this amount of money to provide reliable electricity and ease social amenities in communities in Ghana and the selected Africa countries.

  Universal electrification policy in Africa is the key to sustainable economic development and growth in Africa.
  
  Most of the technologies: hydro, thermal, biomass, wind, solar etc can be installed on grid to every rural and remote area at affordable costs.
  
  The impact on GDP and other social effects are invaluable.
  
  This is the agenda which politicians refuse to think and take on board.
  
  Universal electrification will benefit foreign and local investors and the host nation.

I know countries are behind the ship sinking with our pipes in the South Africa sea to delay project.   Nana Yaw. US and EU is in financial crisis but do you know it's all because of huge concentration that was focused on selected countries during the polar world era. They are broke, but not actually, that's why the recession is taking long to restructure the financial system to suit the emerged multi-polar world, where technology, poverty,richness and massive manufacturing is to reach every continent fairly depending on each continent's visionary leader's. Hope Africa leader's will be vocal and visionary just like Hugo Chavez when it comes World Economic Forum.
