If the patient doesnt get the medication patients condition gets worse. if patients viatals like temperature, pulse , b.p. , are not charted. there is no dash board for the Dr. to use to review the patient each day.and team not winning the fight. the laboratory tehnologist is also important even the cleaner in the hospital prevents deadly diseases from causing havoc. BOTTOM LINE .invest in the health sector. bigger part of national budget should go to this essential services. cause health is wealth.if land cruisers and other non essentials would be put on hold let it be on hold and sort out the health issues of the nation. opportunity cost they say. im just sorry for the poor patients. Ghana politics disgusts me anyway; i do not care which political party is in power.At the end of the day, the poor keeps getting poorer and the rich, richer. No middle class.Over to the issue at stake. How can anybody survive for almost two years without an income? It really bleeds my heart to find out that this is going on in Ghana in this 21st century. No wonder crime rate is high in Ghana. How do we expect the Junior Nurses to survive; and if they have dependents how are they going to support them?
Amist all of this our dear president is here in the States on a "Thanksgiving Tour". No grudge, he is the president of my country and i respect him but this is just not right Sir. Fellow Ghanaians, do you know how much it costs the nation to park the presidential jet for a day? $100,000 a day. Our Papa has been here in the States for over a week so please do the math. It brings tears to my eyes to think about how many hungry mouths this money could have fed. I leave you to ponder on this issue. God Bless our homeland Ghana.
