  It goes without saying that Sir John was one of the reasons that swing voters (aka the people whose votes actually decide who runs Ghana) voted against the NPP in the 2012 elections. Sir John should do the honourable thing and step aside. He should accept that the NPP is bigger and more important than any individual. Sir John is a liability for he NPP and indeed any government.
