Always let the suspect raise both hands before you get close. If the suspect is in a car, let him remain seated in the car while you approach him/her. You should approach suspects in cars in twos, trigger ready. one watching suspect/s action trigger ready from the other window. I think there are more to learn. Again, equipping yourselves with pistols would make yo sharper than the old, old wood and barrel guns

How could a suspect being searched be able to inflict such damage on the police officer doing the search or looking on? It takes better training and operation to handle this seemingly simple situation. May the poor officer's soul rest in perfect peace.

Either way, at least one or two officer MUST stand by on guard to make sure that the man that is being searched never try to overhaul the officer.
