  Tobinco, as I know the CEO will never import or manufacture fake or bad drugs. I hope this is not politics. Leave the company alone. The CEO is honest person. Continue to do your work honestly, for God is on your side.

  No wonder he says they have no fault.
  Please be a good advocate and a mediator for the poor Ghanaian folks do not know the diffference between a counterfiet med and a fake med all they know is the product has to be good an affordable

Now, it's a little curious, if you ask me, that Tobinco have lost their voice and Agyarko feels obliged to be their mouthpiece. On whose side should a representative of the people of Ayawaso West be?   This so called FDA Boss is just being mischievous. I think his aim is just to run down the hard earned reputation of Tobinco Pharmacy. I am a regular user of Tobinco products and I can say with confidence that their products are 100% wholesome. Dr Opuni should tell Ghanaians about the process of having ones product registered. Is it true that the company has to purchase the air ticket of the inspectors to the manucfacture's premises wherever in the world, pay for their hotel bills, per diem for the period and finally when they are back home other monies excluding the approved lavies should also be paid? Aside all these expenses the FDA will have to delay the individual for close to a year or even more before the registration would finally be effected? Is Dr Opuni saying that he is not aware of non registration of these products in the market all these years assuming without admitting. Is it that he is no more getting some monies that he hitherto used to get so he is showing them where power lies? This man did the same thing to the late Madam Samanshia and one other company I think Danadams or so, I am not too sure so I stand to be corrected. I think it is high time the government open it's eye on this Dr Opuni man whose interest is to run down Ghanaian reputable organisation who do not agree with him.

  How did they get it down on the market,in the first place,if FDA was not aware of it,but now?
  The former FDA BOSS should ask all these questions,before making any supporting contribution.
  Are the medications OTC or NARCOTICS/DRUGS?
  The FDA is doing their job,therefore we should let them do it.
  HOPE NO ONE HAS DIED OUT OF THESE INHUMANE DEED.

  The question of fake drug is an ethical issue which must be treated with circumspect since it has to do with human health.Any shoddy dealings could result in fatalities just because of greed.There is also a reason why drugs must go through a clinical test before it is released to the public.Any breach of that rule must be taken seriously and not blush aside as a communication problem.If these drugs are been destroyed without protestation then there must be something to the allegation and the fact it is being destroyed is proof enough.
