Waterville is being naive and stupid. One who buys stollen property is equally as guilty as STEALER . Inlet the law deal with both parties if the terms were not properly arranged
Why do you think they will pay that money when you and Government officials support Woyome of duping the government? Not until we retrieve what the government gave to your cousin, Woyome there is nothing that we can do with t ...

In the midst of all the diversionary attacks on Woyome, instead of focusing on the nitty gritty of the case, I wrote this. Since it is no longer on Ghanaweb, I am re-posting it. Let us recollect that Woyome said that he gave ...

What was the verdict? Whom did the administration award the contract to after the abrogation? Was the second award any different from the first one?
Waterville should not pay the money. There's no basis for the judges to rule that waterville should pay back the money because the then government failed to send the contract to parliament for ratification. It does not make s ...

So is that another poor verdict by the highest court of the land? They are using the election petition ruling to protest - "wants to punish us for a sin we have not committed?"
Indeed, I think Waterville has a case too. It was up to the AG to have used the failure of ratification to deny Waterville's writ for compensation on technical grounds, but they failed to do that. You can't make a mistake and ...

Our supreme court judges have problems. they are just happy being at the apex court and carrying the prestige that goes with it. they don't debate issues well and they don't update their knowledge. They are a problem.
There are those without the ability to use the common sense God gave them and those who needed heroes so desperately they found one in Martin Amidu; in the end the constitution will not save Ghana especially the Kufour admin ...
