"The usual?" she asked. "No, today is Friday. I'll have steak and a coke."

The man reached in and pulls out the exact amount again just like all week.

The poor guy must have experienced an alergic reaction to the content(s) of the ring, resulting in the intense swelling of his finger. The pain was due to the cut off of blood circulation in the affected finger. Note that the so-called spitualist did not PRAY for the ring to come off "magically", but rather "CUT OFF" the metal ring.
Everything in Ghana is magic and/or spiritual; WHY?. This is because a lot do not understand simple phenomena.
