  That office was a 'thank you' creation just to appease this loud- mouth man. If not he himself should tell us what he monitored and evaluated since the establishment of that office.

  That office was a 'thank you' creation just to appease this loud- mouth man. If not he himself should tell us what he monitored and evaluated since the establishment of that office.
  
  He should be candid to tell us how effective he has been in performing those functions. He sits in arm chairs and radio stations week in week out with staffers expecting to be paid.
  
  He cries loud and lament that his office is being starved of information. I don't even think he was part of cabinet. If an important outfit such policy evaluation and monitoring, the bedrock of government programs is not considered important enough to be part of cabinet then that should tell you that it was a mere political creation.
  
  Presently Mahama has a policy advisor in the person of Dr. Sulley Gariba. Do we need another office to evaluate his advise to the president? It appears we have too much money to spare.
  
  That office is as irrelevant as the person heading it. Tony has no idea what a policy is let alone monitor and evaluate it.

  It doesn't surprise me at all and I think anyone should , because the NDC lead MAHAMA has no policy and will never have any in mind , I still can't believe how some people voted him to become our leader with such a campaign ...

  What is Tony Aidoo crying about. Are they the only workers of the land who have not been paid for a nunber of months? He should listen to news to abreast himself of workers who have done profitable jobs for Ghanaians like the jnr nurses at Korle Bu 4 21 months without pay.
  Again, what did they monitor? if they did monitor anything, would the unwarranted "debts" had been paid?
  They are all there to waste the tax payers' money
