Okudjeto is a beneficiary of this rot in our society,so don't expect him to accept this report.Gone were the days that one could go through Common Entrance,O & A levels to University without paying money to anybody.
And to think that he wants to roll in the Nkrumah Education System which Kofi Annan and a lot of honourable Ghanaians benefitted from. What an asshole Deputy Minister, and who made him responsible for Education Ministry?
In 'Animal Farm' Squealer turns all truths to untruth and only convinces the masses to believe. Are we still in the days of Animal Farm???

Why is this guy serving as deputy minister of education? What does he bring to the development of our education?
The guy is serving because he knows how to rain insult on the opposition. That is his reward in the NDC.
It's unfortunate that allegations are used to substantiate research and taken to be true. University admissions are out. Can anyone come out boldly to say he/she paid bribe? What are we doing to our institutions? Whenever we ...
