  Good. Congress is the best way. There should be no imposition of someone on any constituency. This will make MPs responsible because their constituencies will reject them if they become bossy, builds mansions with the common fund and do not visit and attend to their needs. Remember that Swedru Declaration was what brought fractures in the NDC.
  People may say the party is broke and the cost is expensive. Well, that is the price for democracy.
