BUILD AN AIRPORT IN TAMALE. THIS WILL MAKE IT MORE IMPORTANT TO START WORK ON PROPER DUAL CARRIAGE HIGHWAY AND RAIL LINES FROM ACCRA TO KUMASI, KINTAMPO TO TAMALE. WE NEED DEVELOPMENT IN GH. ITS SENSELESS TO HAVE 2 AIRPORTS IN ACCRA.

Fellow countrymen, I would at this juncture plead with you to look beyond tribal lines,and help to put our leaders on their toes by making sure they do the right things for mother Ghana. Let us develop all the regions equally. The new International airport should be built
in TAMALE which I believe would open the whole northern Ghana for greater economic gains. The Kumasi one should just be upgraded to an international airport whereas the Accra one goes through expansion and modernization.

Delta/BA/KLM etc will not go to airport outside the capital! Any airport far outside business and tourist areas will end up being a domestic airport!

Sometimes, I become upset when people compare Ghana to a Developed Country. My point is Accra is highly congested and such congestion has far repercussion to the country development. Yes KLM etc. will not use airport outside ...

Sometimes, I become upset when people compare Ghana to a Developed Country. My point is Accra is highly congested and such congestion has far repercussion to the country development. Yes KLM etc. will not use airport outside Accra but they can use the one already there. Diffusing centralization will bring development to other regions. It is a pity to see people from the north to descend to Accra when they want to travel to Europe, when flying from the north to Europe is nearer than from Accra to Europe. What is even painful is for plane to fly over the north to Accra before the northners take another means back home. Moreover, the time it takes for one to move to Accra from North is far too long than the time it will take for one to move from the North to Europe. Our leaders should start thinking and stop being idiots.

What does the GAF know about a civilian airport? This is a civilian airport, not an Air Force base to be used for training. Please think deeply to get Ghana out of the current mess.
