How can an entity settle a public health case with a law enforcement agency out of court. This is unheard of. FDA better be careful or prepare to pay a long list of people judgement debts for endangering their lives....Aaba

I think you are ignorant. Elsewhere Tobinco would have been facing criminal charges and not suing. Find time to read on laws regulating drugs and sanctions.

A man who want to cue his children from a sickness went to the chief in his village, passionately, beg the chief to empower his chief herbalist to prepare medicine to cure his people. The chief agreed and empower the herbalist to prepare the medicine in his name meaning that the chief has the certificate to administer the drug. Since the drug was ordered by the chief no member of the family was to pay a dime for the treatment of the ailment.
A greedy member of the family who heard that the chief ordered the herb to be secured for his people went and bought the herb to sell it to the citizens of that town when he did not order it and had a certificate for it.
TOBINCO has swindled the World Health Organization which ordered the drugs to be paid by it and administered free of charge to the people of Ghana. It was the World Health Organisation tha secured certificate for the drug and ordered it.
A friend just informed me from India that the agreement was leaked to the Managing Director of TOBINCO who secretly went to India to order the drug to sell it to Ghanaians.
This swindle by TOBINCO is against an organ of the United Nations, in that the World Health Organsation, thus it is a crime against the UN. The UN will not seat down with arms folded and will sure that the swindler is punished. This is an international crime committed by TOBINCO with the aim of gaining profit from it at the expense of the people of Ghana.

I WILL RATHER ENCOURAGE TOBINCO TO SET AND MANUFACTURE THESE DRUGS IN GHANA SO AS TO CERTAIN ABOUT THE EFFICACY OF THE DRUGS. THE PARTIES MUST MAKE SURE THIS COY IS NOT DESTROYED BECAUSE OF A GENUINE MISTAKE.
