  Shame on the PSGH. All these lies will not send us anywhere. Where has this organisation been all these years without knowing what has been going on. It is only the truth and transparency that will save Ghana.

  In civilised medicines regulatory systems, populist and alarmist solutions are not use. It is applied pharmaceutical science and critical analysis must be done before the public is unnecessarily frightened. FDA must mature and qualified persons must be engaged to lead the Agency. The organisation is suffering from dictatorship, victimisation, and impunity by the CEO. Government must wake up and investigate.

  Kofi please note that Tobinco Pharmaceuticals and Bliss GVS Pharma Limited have come out and apologised for sell/distributing fake drugs so show me where the FDA has failed. If there are issues within the FDA addressed and put right than agreed but you must surely be thankful that fake drugs were sold to innocent citizens and as such the suppliers and distribution company must be held to account.

  I strongly endorse the position of PSGH and IMANI Ghana. I further submit that FDA must as a matter of urgency make the register of all registered medicines available and updated online.
