The suspect is then bailed.There is distinction between a criminal and civil case and the gravity determines whether bail is possible or not. Why then should the police go on licking the boots of Rawlings to please him? The police should do their duties without prejudice. Does it mean that if a mortuary man's dog is killed by Rawlings the police will detain rawlings? The police comprise of common people and should not let the nation wreckers intimidate them.
