The simple fact of the matter is that we allow unpolished uncivilized people to mingle in highly sophisticated modern environments, and we pretend that it is cool.

How can you build an industrial park with open gutters around it. With majority of trees cut down? with hawkers invading and squatting on the property for life, with taxi drivers creating their own bullpen, with tro-tros taking over the streets, roads and everything else. Ghana is not ready for an "industrial park" as we know it. Too much lawlessness, irresponsible government officials and abjectly ignorant people who believe they are educated.

It is about time we begun to "Segregate" to "Develop" because the peasants will never ever allow Ghana to flourish!!!

Look at Makola, a highly misplaced open market place - It must be demolished in its entirety. But do you believe you can find intelligent Ghanaians to see the reality of this fact. Look at the destructive power of peasants and rural folks in and around "The Kwame Nkrumah Roundabout". I wish we have archived pictures of how the place was like in the 60's, 70's, 80's...2012 in chronological order, then you will understand how far back we have crawled towards the mentality of our ancestors. PRIMITIVE!!!

We already have industrial parks in Accra and Kumasi,so the question is why don't they just take advantage of the infastracture in existance? or is just a spin once again from the government.

Ghana must be carefull to do more and more business with Arab world. We should build our people to do investment not always casting for help.Ghana should remain peaceful.
