  Good start but i bet you the poor and needy will not benefit from it, I live in Belgium for some yrs now and i have met some exhchange student from our conversation they did not deserved to be giving the opportunity. I think not really sure the governement has cancel the program since it suspect faul play. Please do not give the opportunity to only your family members, at least help the poort and the needy who have no one to support them financially.
