Hehehe!!! Thing for u, never lost. This is the most demonized man in the whole entire country and beyond, because he's a politician and also still alive.

Since I was a kid, I heard so many many stories (obviously concocted) about this son of our land. I could count over 200 "lame" people all saying stories about Rawlings killing their mother, father, uncle, etc. The only question I used to ask myself was " Why will he kill so many known people, whilst big guys like Nana Akuffo-Adoo, Kuffour, Kwasi Pratt, Haruna Atta, Kwaku Baako, etc were still alive?

These were men who made his administration miserable. He would have killed these people than those unknown names in those stories. . Aside that, I multiplied the number of people who told me these stories against other friends who were told same by other people (number runs into millions alleged murdered people). "These stories just cant be true".

Then came the National Reconciliation Commission set by Kuffour. I was surely expecting all these people to come forward and testify. At least, monetary rewards was going to be given to affected people. GUESS WHAT!!! ZILCH!! Where were all those people with all those stories? Its clear they were false.

You can demonize a man, make him look like a devil, slash his name in mud, concoct stories and propagate them. BUT U CANNOT TAKE AWAY WHAT IS DESTINED FOR HIM. All those who concoct stories against our leaders (K4, JJ, Nana, etc.) should bow down their heads in shame.

Since I was a kid, I heard so many many stories (obviously concocted) about this son of our land. What are leaders supposed to do? How long did JJ rule the nation? How did he come to power? Was is through peaceful means and why should this "so called award" be confer on him? Isn't it an obligatory for him to develop the nation much more than he did as he is the longest ruler of our nation?

Let's face fact. JJ did more harm to our education than any leader in history but those of us with pea brain mind, will give their unflinching support to this "quack revolutionary" due to his boom speeches and senseless killings.

What are leaders supposed to do? JJ kicked out Liman and destroyed our educational system and replaced it the current one which our children are suffering. He then shipped his children to be "well educated" in Europe. If he believes that the food he cooked for Ghanaians are that quite palatable, why didn't he allow his children to taste it?

Are we that dumb to refuse to reason? Leaders, upon assuming power, are obliged to turn things around and make living conditions better for those they ruled. There should be nothing like "award or whatever" to be conferred on any leader because their duties is to lead and reverse some of the hardship facing the ordinary.

Is it wrong for the North to have a University and who should do that? Our leaders so, why do we applaud them as it is part of their duties. These are some of the reasons our Northern brother love JJ to death but they have forgotten that he removed a Northerner from the throne through "illegal means".

I careless about who says what. Our leader are supposed to do more than expected and we should stop tapping them in the back.
