The Nigerian Super Eagles soccer team today defeated the Ethiopian national team in Addis Ababa during the World cup qualifying series.

The two winning goals were scored by Nigerian striker Emmanuel Emenike.

The next leg of the match will be played next month in Calabar, Cross Rivers State.
