The Interior Minister should launch an inquiry into this matter because Ghana Police get away with murder so many times as long as they claim to be fighting armed robbers. A thorough inquiry must be launched to find out the truth. A Police Officer who uses his position to commit murder while on duty must be charged with murder just like anybody else.
