When I was in the village last week I asked my elder brother the effect of GYEEDA on the NDC/MAHAMA electoral fortunes. He laughed at me, ------- kwakwakwakwakwa. He told me bluntly that DUE TO ANTI-ASHANTIISM, GYEEDA MEANS NOTHING to NDC electoral fortunes. He continued—‘

A voltarian said on this site sometime ago that he will support a monkey than supporting an Akan man to rule Ghana. If we have such people in Ghana, where do we go from here? The suffering going on in the nation is not affecting Ashantis alone. It cuts across all tribes so, those who hate Ashantis are facing economic realities like anybody else.

It is about time the Mahama government dared parliament of Ghana and made public every document on when, where, why and any date the national government signed contracts under the NYEP/GYEEDA construct. I believe publishing every contract document will help Ghanaians, the learned, the pretentious learned and the foot soldiers in Ghana and outside Ghana to understand that every piece of contract signed with so-called service providers have been a sham and a conduit for past and present administration to steal money.
The NYEP/GYEEDA contracts, whether it is contracts for health insurance for NYEP/GYEEDA staff with an insurance outfit, a contract to provide investment opportunities for staff or to provide skills training for Ghana's youth has been foundation for legal stealing of revenue from the national government. I challenge everyone in Ghana to try and get their hands on NYEP/GYEEDA contracts and they will be amazed at how people from the Kufour, Atta Mills and now Mahama governments really think of the intellectual capacity of Ghanaians.
For the AG's office to claim the existing contracts cannot be voided is to imply that the contract between NYEP/GYEEDA does not have a line item that allows either party to opt out of the contract and we all know better.
