Whether WHO or what, look at the smoke in the sky, one can find such smoke only in Africa or in the so called third world countries, not in the western world, so, if the environmental says its bad for humans, i don´t think they need criticism here, its a warning to most probably the third world. In Ghana for instance one can see such smokes right in the middle of the city Accra, a carpenter will gather refuse around his work shop and set fire on it and the smoke will travel far and nobody say anything about it.
