When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

"She only just took up the position" so the foolishness must continue? If it took the Public Accounts Committee only a few days/weeks to realize all these discrepancies, how come the CEO, the existing management and the Board, did not think it fit to make the necessary sensible adjustments in the interest of the people and the govt of Ghana?
That woman and her Board and management staff must be told in plain language that they are not running a Kwawu store or a gari producing cottage industry.
Why are we always trying to justify backwardness, corruption and mediocrity?
The continuing rot in the system just proves all what I have saying all along. Tertiary education is a waste of time and resources in this country.

Actually, this is how state institutions, even the police should be ran. They have to work to generate funds and these funds should be used to fund their salaries and the surplus goes to Govt coffers and for internal innovative projects to enhance efficiency. Govt sector ministries are unproductive and only depend solely on the Govt. to the extend that, those at the ministries, to to bottom, are lazy goos who are never satisfied with any amount of bribe and corrupt monies. This is because, all they do at work is to read newspapers and wait for the next prey in line to take bribe. They say, if you have nothing to do, the devil will give you work to do, sometimes, can cause you to walk whole day, chasing a prostitute woman.
