Ghana's problems are endemic and not just at the top and I blame the excessive privatization by the NDC (one) and NPP administrations. Who in the country again would deny not long ago, Ghana was somewhere in the zone of middle income nations? And now?

Shame, politicians who are in politics only for their personal aggrandizement at the high prize of the nation's well being.
