The prison would house 400 Nigerian inmates incarcerated in our own packed prisons who cannot be forcibly sent home to complete their punishments.

Corruption in Ghana has been common since independence. Over the years, Ghana’s score and ranking on the Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index has improved slightly, ranked higher than most African countries.

However, there is a growing perception in Ghana that government-related corruption is on the rise in the Mahama-led administration.

But a Deputy National Propaganda Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Solomon Nkansah, has said fighting corruption in Ghana has become tougher since even some religious leaders are not worthy of trust in recent times.

According to him, Ghanaians should not blame President Mahama for Ghana’s corruption since the late Ex-President Mills was unsuccessful in fighting corruption in his government.

Solomon Nkansah is of a view that, to fight corruption “then we must all be very careful and assess ourselves well. First take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye”.

He, however, said on Adom FM that, “Even in this country, Pastors keep preaching that ‘come and ye shall be rich’…is it not the same money they (Pastors) want? If you willingly give out huge amounts of money in church, trust me, you will be appointed as an elder”.

Once in Christ mission you must face uncertainties and be prepared to overcome. The current trial is nothing fresh before the HOLY GHOST . Christ suffered, was humiliated by his own peoples and including so called GUARDIANS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS in his time 2000 yrs ago and publicly disgraced, jailed , crucified ..and at the end of the day he JESUS resurrected . How much more Christ followers in our era ?. Sin dwells among all men ... yet humans pretend to love one another when smooth ... but attacks victims when cruel times happens. Ghana's Media have a long way to travel. These media operate without regard to constitution.
