Every rich person in Ghana including politicians, civil servants, business men, the cleargy especially the self declared pastors all steal. Kalabule is back and soaring live in Ghana. Most so called successful men in Ghana are thieves and stole and
continue to steal from the state.

Agree with me or not, that country wont be good until the white man comes. Im sorry but after a thorough analysis of the situation in Ghana this has been my conclusion. We need to invite the white man back, matter of fact to take over Africa.

It's sad we access loans that should help the country develop and instead these loans end up in individual pockets. People should start going to prison by stealing Ghana blind.

As aChartered Accountant, I'm baffled by this saga. PAC should also bring in the auditors to provide their audit working papers, and not rely solely on Mr Kwao. No reputable audit firm will fail to reveiew one account which by itself amounted to 50% of total expenditure and is classified as "Other Expenditure" or "Miscellaneous". There has to be a supporting schedule which shouldn't take the accountant too long to retrieve from their records, especially if the accounting transactions recording is computerized. What a country! What a continent!
