Ghana would have been a heaven on earth if we had not had thieves parading themselves as up/npp politicians. they should on roof tops that we should allow them to rule us and yet when they had the chance in 2001 and 2004, they only ended up inflicting severe pains on mother Ghana. they looted and looted as if the world was coming to an end. we saw what some of them were before they had power in 2001. they are now damn rich and enjoying their loots. their leader and chief thief, k4 had been able to build a complete empire in front of his residence in Accra, beside squeezing the hands of a foreigner and taken over his hotel at a very cheap prize. he had also connived with an Italian crook in our country and grabbed a large land opposite the 37 military hospital to extend his empire. In fact, no one is saying that the situation in the country now is the best.The President had admitted on several occasions that things are not as expected and that his government is putting in measures to ensure that things are turned around.

Since ex-president Mills and then vice president John Mahamma assumed the reigns of government,they tried to make workers smile by implementing the somehow suicidal Single Spine salary Structure.This had led to a hike in the wage bill which is now in a level which is not acceptable anywhere internationally.This is negatively affecting the economy and this calls for selflessness on the part of everyone to help address the situation.

One would have thought that the circumstance we find ourselves, workers would bear with government as it tries to find an antidote to the problems confronting the country, but that is never to be as strikes and threat of strikes are becoming the norm.How can our problems be solved in the face of such hostilities? Don't people in government need peace to govern?

The recent hikes in the prices of some utilities though harsh,it is meant to keep those utility companies in business rather than to see them collapsing. It therefore, had been my expectation that workers would have reasoned a bit with government by sacrificing a little for a better tomorrow.Have we all, so soon forgotten about the so-called 'dum sor dum sor' and 'something something gallon'? If these utility companies claim lack of funds is affecting their operations, why can't we sacrifice a little to help resource them and wait for the benefit of the doubt?

Even though harsh as it may sound, Brigadier Nunoo Mensah(rtd)is 1000% right in the pronouncement he made. The NPP, the party which John Kumah belongs to, is historically noted for frustrating the development of this country once it is not in government. The NPP and its cohorts are only taking advantage of the situation prevailing, to make a political gain.

Workers of this country,let us wise up by supporting the government of the day in building a better Ghana. If we frustrate the government and good measures which would inure to our benefit in the long run are put on-hold today, it would come to haunt us tomorrow even if the detractors of the government today are in power.

Thanks God, Ghanaian workers on whose shoulder the economy is borne are making their voices heard. The whole wide world is witnessing the damning effects of election fraud.

This canker has been eating into the fiber of root of Ghana and her existence on the globe. The NDC and EC have always used dubious means to stifle elections results, even when it's glaring who the true winner has been. John Mahama even when further, by making sure he had the nephew of Justice Atuguba as his personal secretary.

We're witnessing for real, how dangerous it could be for an illegitimate candidate to be declared winner. John Mahama (Prez. CNN) is just a joke! He's parading Churches etc. telling congregations that he won the elections genuinely and has the magic to make Ghana prosperous. It turns out he cannot do anything good. People are suffering; things continue to fall apart for Ghanaians esp. workers.

Sensing danger and having no clues as to how things could work out for him, he's using horrible tactics to blame the NPP and its leaders for inciting workers to demand for what they're entitled to. I was surprised to hear and NDC "apparatchik" making false statements that Nana Akufo-Addo's office is responsible for the sale of Ghana's drill ship when he was A-G.

Thanks God, Nana is not in the country at the moment, else NDC would find ways to link him to all the troubles and chaos in the country right now. If John Mahama has no clues about fixing the ailing economy and the resultant hardships on Ghanaians, he should bow out honourably and allow a possible voting for, or election of a new president.

If John Mahama can't stand the heat in the kitchen, he should get out! That's the right thing to do. The man has shown, from the very day he was sworn in as Prez. that he's clueless; he's in some sort of a wonderland.

I was flabbergasted when I saw his pose in front CNN in the US. It's so disgraceful; it's not happened before. No president of any nation has made that damned thing. Yet the NDC and their leaders think it was an achievement. How stupid could Ghanaians be to have their president make such goofy moves while visiting a foreign land? Wow, it's unbelievable!

What we're hearing is real. Ghanaians are suffering and there's no hope in sight for the ordinary citizen. People can only hope for a true saviour while they still live in poverty and misery. It's so pathetic!
