E de bee k3k3 electioneering campaign, 90 million cedis as alluded to by Herbert Mensah pumped into the FONKAR/GAME saga, the settlement of dubious judgment debts, plain thievery in broad daylight at the expense of infrastructure investment in critical segments of the economy. Bui Dam, was buying cement blocks at about 4 times the price from Asiedu Nketia, because Asiedu Nketia, a board member of Bui, was producing the best cement blocks on the planet earth, effectively, throwing the budgeted funds for the project out of whack. The needed policy intervention to address the issue of generation of energy from green sources such as wind, solar etc, etc, is non-existent.
  Gas from the WAGP and from Atuabo to augment the needed capacity has failed to materialize, and in the midst of all this, tariffs continue to increase with poor service from the ECG/VRA. It's a complete joke. The NDC party has been a complete failure.
