How come in Ghana most people get more stupid in retirement? Isn't the cause the same poverty the workers are fighting for?
Opanyin hunu tweeaaa, the likes of Prof Adei are part of the reason why Ghana cannot develop.Has he forgotten how he has reduced the status of GIMPA?Currently people are going there to buy degrees and he thinks he is a proud m ...

Have you SEEN a Ghost before ?? I HAVEN'T todate !!
Lock them out means do not allow the striking workers to return to work. Employ new people. Do you get it?
Adei is a fool
Unfortunately, what Prof Adei is saying is the Truth. We should not allow a hand full of people who work for the public sector cause inflation for the majority of persons struggling in the private sector.
The NDC cannot sacrifice the lives of workers for election victory. The billions of cedis they spent during the election campaign were meant for worker's salaries.
One of the so call idiotic learners who can easily be bought. FOOL!!!!

My view is that if the public sector is costing Ghana too much and the workers are still demanding higher wages despite the fact that i ...

Government should start by reducing the remunerations of MPs.
I don’t know what it added to quality of students …all came from this “metamorphosis Kuffour “ blinding the nation with change of names to steal
Most of these workers are lazy and unproductive . Get rid of them and replace them with national service people . Your pay is low because you do not produce and you are lazy.
The NDC gov't should with the speed of light lock out the striking workers...hehehe.
I second it, Nunoo Mensah should do it immediately. You think Ghanaian workers and Ghanaians in general are fools...Naniama!!!!

Under normal circumstances prof would be right. But when MPs increase their salaries inordinately, threatening the executive, workers take cue.
Analyst I agree with you partially, on the score that the MPs threaten the executive and all other public sector workers took a cue. This is the consequence of over zealousness and greed. But the Prof is very much right and t ...

Prof is right, if we were paid on account of performance, majority of the public sector workers will not even earn what they are currently paid. the truth is painful.

Old disgruntled ones like the supposed 'prof'should give to the young ones to reduce unemployment rate
Should workers be paid when they go on strike. I fully support the position of no.

Professor Adei, could you in earnest tell Ghanaians the last time you had a pay raise or increase, and how much was the raise or increase?
