Since time in memorial the Customs and Excise have been a base of corruption in Ghana.There must be exemplary hard action against them to discourage corruption in any form.
They must pay with interest to discourage them from attempting next time again and that will deter all. A corruption charge is the prorate amount each culprit will pay associated with the cost of investigation.
