...The Government exercised the latter option when we disagreed over the judgment debt and other Gargantuan crimes. The Government, and my colleague Ministers at the time know that there was no provision for dismissal under my contract of employment as a Minister or that of any Minster.

I reserve the right as a citizen of Ghana to protect and defend my honour and integrity should this civilized challenge for the truth be ignored.

This is not the price I should be made to pay by the Government of Ghana for defending the Constitution of Ghana in the Waterville and Isofoton unconstitutional payments declared by the Supreme Court.

We were all in Ghana when this woman murderer and her Trokosi husband forcefully seized the properties of thos weathy Akans who owned more than two houses to the state, a good number of which would eventually become the property the the 31st December. The judge Ajit Nasim is now becoming one of the controvercial judges in Ghana.

My position is that why should anyone waste his time to hire daft corrupt lawyers to misrepresent them in hopelessly compromised courts whose decisions never make sense to anybody but the wrong party in any case.

People in Ghana should just throw a coin to decide who is right and who is wrong (heads or tails) as the only option left for adjudication. It is much less expensive and it makes more sense than surrendering oneself to the whims of an overtly corrupt judicial system that seems to persistently favor obvious wrongs against right.

This matter between the greedy Konadu and Dakmak did not need to go to court at all. If Konadu and her criminal gang of so-called 31st Womens Movement do not originally own that building, then who was the original owner before it was seized by her husband and his gang of thieving terrorists?

Something needs to give in this country where virtually all state institutions have ceased to function properly.

Justice John Najet Nasaam reading the judgement yesterday said based on the forensic test conducted on the signature by an expert, the plaintiff (Dakmak) did not have the capacity to contest the issue of ownership of the building as the power of Attorney he produced turned out to be fake. Dakmak were propsperous but paid no taxes and had the property seized. They were Lebanese . This shows PNDC did not target people from certain tribes as has always been propagated. Also if the signature is fake who is the crook . Dalkmak or PNDC? Let us not run down our institutions because of politics

I have read the article and other relating reports very carefully and from all accounts this fully developed property was acquired from Chinebrah by Dakmak through assignment not through direct purchase.Now whatever the reasons and stipulations that resulted in this ASSIGNMENT of this property is not known,neither is the identity of the third party known.As far as we know Dakmak some how got an assignment of a fully developed property with NO MONEY DOWN,NO DUTIES OR TAXES and was able to occupy it for almost 10years. I know for a fact that he would never have been able to receive such a treatment in his native Labanon.He may have had designs to pass it on to his heir but let's get this straight HE DID NOT BUY THE PROPERTY.Any money spend on the up keep while the property was in Dakmak's possession must be viewed as just as such.Unless Dakmak can show that they paid for the property I believe it will be better used by Ghanaian Women.
