  Until this administration addresse the problem of government workers rising wages and the rising interest payment on government loans, this administration will not have any funds to operate many government agencies let alone undertake any of its promised developmental projects.
  
  Anyway, Seth Terkper should have quit this government when he had policy differences with Mahama when he said the economy was broke at the same time this sorry President was telling Ghanaians the economy is strong and sturdy. He can bring the best financial wizard in the world to take over the Finance Ministry, it will not make any difference if he fails to halt the ever rising government expenditure on wages and trim the government bidget deficits and loans.

It’s all part of ethnic politics that has been prevalent in the Ghanaian political landscape since the country returned to constitutional rule in 1992. What makes you think your wife can be my wife? All wives to their husbands represent their inner fellings not yours. My ugly wife could surpass your pretty one for reasons best known to me alone. Yours might be a bitch and mine a true homemaker. Since the president is the one that has to live with his choice, so let it be. We complain too much about who gets what. I have nothing against northerners but this is wrong. Our politicians should learn how to spread the national cake to all ethnic groups and stop engaging in tribal politics.

Terkper is inept and doesn't have the ability to achieve the needed results. The FDA capo who has been penciled for Coocobod, is a fraudster and a corrupt individual who has questions to answer at the outfit, he's currently heading, which investigations, if the findings are to be applied to the letter, would require that, he's prosecuted and jailed for criminal negligence, corruption and abuse of office. The Ras Mubarak character as well as Adu Asare do not bring any competence whatsoever to the already unintelligent, highly inept and incompetent team, already driving the country into the ground. Effectively, a situation is being created with jobs for the boys. Ghana is not going to gain from any of these appointments, because the NDC team is full of guys who don't have the intellectual capacity, mental ability to get the job done.
  The team b, q, z description by Ekow Spio readily comes to mind and the only way out of the current quagmire in which the country finds itself, a direct creation of their own incompetence and ineptitude, mismanagement and thievery, can only be remedied by a team with the proven track record of getting the job done, the experience, the brain and the brawn, the mental acuity and focus, as well as the wit, to get the job done, which results, we are all witnesses.

The Krobos and the Yilos have their best man in the gov't as Finance Minister and I can see that Gabby and his people are bad monthing the half that doesn't make whole Eastern Region in term of voting for NPP. Leave the half alone so the NPP will only have one and half regions for voting NPP.

  With our ailing economy, I urge Prez
  Mahama to embrace the idea of Union government as certain key people proposed during the election petition era. By so doing,people with high expertise irrespective of their political affiliations could be invited to take up appointment in the sensitive positions to strategize ways and means to solve the current numerous problems facing the country.
  I am saying this as a concerned citizen that,the rampant strikes,the government inability to pay salaries/wages of workers, among others are pure signs that make the administration unpopular. The Prsident
  while enforcing government officials and Ministers to pay their own utility bills should at the same time cut down loans to the over 250 MPs in the country drastically. The President
  should also bring under control its
  expenditure by way of reducing or abolishing completely certain costs like fuel for MPs,ministers and their wives,paying for cooks,watchmen for ministers among others.Unproductive government ministries/departments should be shut down in the interim with the workers being deployed in more productive areas.Import duties,
  interest on bank loans should also be
  reviewed by slashing them to ensure
  inflow of goods and creation of jobs.
  You can't simply create jobs if duties
  are too high and interest on banks are
  outrageous. For more advise, I will want the President to call me over the phone and I will welcome him.

  This article is just part of the agenda-setting by the media. There is no public outcry about what Nunoo-Mensah said. Rather he is supported by the silent majority especially the private sector which is at the receiving end of the ineptitude of the public sector who keep gobbling our taxes. The opposition media simply chose to be hammering on his get out message instead of that people who do not work should not be paid. Shame unto the useless media.
