U WONT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE CITY ANYMORE) and levies, non-functioning of some of the area/town councils (REVISE THEM. BUILD TAX OFFICES IN THESE PLACES N USE THE MONEY TO REJUVENATE THE TOWN. THIS IS AN INCENTIVE FOR PPL TO PAY TAXES) and lack of data on buildings for owners to pay property rates.(ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO PLAN UR TOWN. NUMBER EACH BUILDING. ODD NUMBER ON ONE SIDE, EVEN NUMBERS ON 1 SIDE. BUILD VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL STREETS THROUGHOUT THE TOWN AND NAME THEM. THIS WILL MAKE UR CITY DEVELOPED AND WILL BRING IN MORE PPL, INVESTEMTS. IT WILL ALSO MAKE IT EASIER TO COLLECT LAND TAX, POLICING WILL BE EASIER N U CAN ACCOUNT FOR EVERYTHING IN THE TOWN)

  How do expect to collect taxes? How do you identify, track, monitor, document who needs to pay taxes and who has not paid taxes; when you have no ID's, no street names, no addresses and archaic record keeping?

  First of all I will like Mr. Aidoo-Mensah to explain to all of us how the money collected in the past was used. Maybe that will encourage the citizenry to pay some more.
