Story: How to Kill a Wolf/GHANA - (Eskimo Style)..HIPC STUNTING OUR GROWTH
Up in the arctic circle there is tribe of Eskimo's(IMF, WESTERN DONORS, BANKS) who have learned to set
a very simple yet effective trap for wolves (GHANA/MAHAMA). First they sharpen a knife
razor sharp. Then they dip it in the blood of a seal they have killed.
(you see seals are fairly easy to trap but wolves are very dangerous).
After dipping the knife in blood they set it outside in the cold so the
blood freezes on the knife. After if freezes (a matter of minutes) they
dip it again into the seal blood and again take it out an let the blood
freeze. Layer after layer they make a blood popsicle. When they are done,
the knife's blade is hidden inside just like a popsicle stick. Now they
take the knife out into the wilderness where they think a wolf might be.
There the bury the handle of the knife in the snow leaving the blood
popsicle standing up and they leave.

Now after a while a wolf(GHANA/MAHAMA) will come along guided by his sense of smell(GREED) and
find the "bloodsicle". He will being licking it, enjoying every taste.
Over and over he licks the knife and soon his tongue is so cold he cannot
feel it any longer. It's numb. But his taste for blood is growing and he
is not getting as much as he wants - you see, popsicles are slow eating.
Finally his licking exposes the razor sharp edge of the knife. It cuts
into his tongue again and again but he does not even notice for his tongue
can no longer feel anything. The wolfs own blood now flows from his cut
tongue. The wolf is thrilled, blood is now more plentiful and he continues
to lick more and more.

Soon he notices something is wrong, he is getting weaker not stronger.
Since he knows blood as food he increases his efforts to feed on the ever
increasing flow of blood. His last thoughts are of how good the now warm
blood tastes. Within minutes he licks his last and collapse next to the
now fully exposed knife. Here the Eskimo(IMF, WESTERN DONORS, BANKS) knows he will find the wolfs(GHANA/MAHAMA)
DEAD body the next morning.

developing countries, or so it was supposed.
If you have oil, if you have diamonds, if you have gold and copper, can't these be used to help develop the country?
But if you turn to contemporary textbooks, the first chapter is liable to be about the resource curse, meaning that the revenues from foreign
investment in oil and gas and coal and copper, GOLD, DIAMONDS, COCOA ETC get siphoned off in corruption. billions of dollars are siphoned off every year into THE private SWISS ACCTS
of these so called DEMOCRATIC LEADERS. WHAT A SHAME! There is a lack of transparency. There is a lack of accountability.
if you look at Chile, Peru, Indonesia, Malaysia, these are countries that have been very successful in using their rich resources TO DEVELOP THEIR NATION. WHY CANT GHANAIAN GOVTS LEARN FROM THEM?
9.So the question is, how can resources be used to benefit broad economic and social development and avoid the corruption and authoritarian rule?
The key issue is always going to be the LOCAL POPULATION, THE LOCAL LEADERSHIP, THE PRESS, NGOs, AND non-governmental authorities, STAKEHOLDERS that try
to promote openness and transparency. In 2010-2011, Ghana started to export significant quantities of oil.
Is this going to be the best thing that ever happened to Ghana or the worst thing that ever happened to Ghana?
10.The phenomenon called "Dutch Disease" is also part of the resource curse. THIS means that the exchange rate for the currency of

As the government grapples with how to recover billions of Ghana cedis wrongfully paid as judgment debts to individuals and corporate organizations, for which Justice Jones Dotse aptly described as create, loot and share, The Chronicle has uncovered yet another gargantuan fraud that has been perpetrated against the state.

An in-depth investigation conducted by the paper, spanning over the period of three months has revealed that the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), an organization charged with the responsibility of collecting taxes on behalf of the state, has paid within three years almost GH¢144 million to a company called SUBAH INFOSOLUTIONS LIMITED, for absolutely no work done.

The company is paid on average GH¢4 million a month.

Credible information, backed by documentary evidence that has been obtained by The Chronicle indicates that the GRA contracted SUBAH INFOSOLUTIONS LIMITED somewhere in 2010 to electronically monitor revenue generated by the Telecom Companies to enable them calculate and collect the right taxes from the companies. The contract is worth $100 million per year.

The Chronicle gathered that the contract itself was derived from the Communications Service Tax, which was passed in 2007, mandating the government to monitor the revenue generated by the telecom companies.

There was, however, a dispute over the monitoring, as contained in the law, forcing the government to suspend it for review.

Should we believe him this time around? Where are the funds coming from? The tires under the bus are worn out with the threads showing. The mechanics recently told us the bus needs new transmission and the engine is seriously leaking engine oil and smoking badly. The fuel tank and connecting pipes are leaking as well. Overall this vehicle is in a very bad shape and travelling on it could be very dangerous to the passengers and other road users. In other words, this administration bus is not roadworthy and needs to be salvaged. We need a new bus.

With his presidency there has been many revelations of fraud in the judgement debts from 1992 till now, the GYEEDA exposure, 280 private and state organisations and their defrauding of the govt of over Ghc 144 million in tax revenue between 2005 and 2012.

Even wonderfully the exposures of the drill ship deal of which even Akuffo Addo and K T Hammond are alledged to be involved in the missing of the 3 million dollars.

The exposures of other sad judgement debts, just naming few of them; ISOFOTON, the Waterville of 35 million Euro which the NPP under Kufour paid, of which Woyome also used the same Waterville case to claim also 25 million Euro with the bribery of the chief prosecutor Nerquaye Tetteh who prosecuted the judgement case for Ghana.

Further you can also imagine/remember any of the sad judgement debts that Ghana had suffered in the hands of our selfish citizens who intentionally failed to defend the nation.

Frankly speaking one needs to be happy that we have a president like Mahama, who alone after many years had come out to expose all the wrongs that was done against our nation through the committee he set up headed by Justices Appaw.

This has been the greatest chance for Ghana therefore every real good Ghanaian needs to welcome this president's vision for our nation so that we all can see how we can help bring the corrupt people out for prosecution.

Finally, it should not be bitterness of politics that has to drive all of us who are concerned with our national woes, but it should be of open hearted cooperation in seeing how best we can solve our economy so that we can match the Asia tigers.

People, with our unique coperation from our clean and Godly minds we can become a blessed nation among many. Be wise to see and remember what that unique cooperation brought to Ghana, when the stupid political bigotry was not among us.

The outcome was seen in our football win over the Egyptians, 6-1, a situation that never happened before. Infact, politics has sadly damage our nation and has taken away our destinies unknowingly. This has to stop my fellow citizens.

Anybody who drives a car for even more than a quarter of a kilometre on the first gear does not know anything about driving let alone being a novice driver. By making this statement John Mahama is admitting his ignorance on what it takes to rule a country. No wonder he is so incompetent! We should brace ourselves for a disaster because the driver of the 'Ghana Bus' does not know even how to change gears because he has travelled more that 100 kilometres on the first gear.
