The balance? Where did it go? Where are Subah's monthly reports and payment certificates? When was the tender advertised? Where are the Evaluation and adjudication minutes? Does Subah pay it's tax?

My abroad calls to Ghana all show the calls originating locally. What work is Subah doing. Helping unscrupulous people to bleed the country of revenue.
