Periodic shake-ups in such insitutions as the Electoral Commission, Police, Prisons and Customs Services, to mention a few are a normal part of running these institutions given their high profiles and tendency for people to get corrupted when they stay too long at a station or position. Nothing indicates that any of the officials mentioned is being victimized for standing up for the truth. It rather sounds like Emmanuel Asanted Kusi should have been interdicted and investigated. There is the need for more shake-ups in public institutions in Ghana. The next in line are ECG, Water, VRA and co.

The Electoral Commissioner has the same working conditions as an Appeals Court Judge (I stand corrected)and cannot be removed by a government white paper unless for reasons to bring his ability to perform into question. Looks like this has to go through a lenthy parliamentary and/or judicial processes as stipulated in the Constitution. The Commissioner, in effect, is insulated from any government's desire to get rid of the person occupying the position. It is more lucrative to be EC Commissioner than a VC of a Univerisity of Governor of BOG.

then greater accra regional director was moved to volta region. a district director at ododododooo was moved to head western region and Tema regional director to central region all after election 2008. Alhaji Sule was moved from the northern region to headquarters as director training, Owusu Pary was also moved from the regions to headquarters to replace mr Arhin former director of Public affairs. Daily Guide this is nothing, or are you saying that those who have been transfered are NPP agents at the EC?

Men are in Ghana and if NPP, NDP, PPP will not react, time will come some of us will sacrifice with our lives. I know some fo ols will dare but they should wait and see. As Israel surrounded by her enemies, so are AKANS (not those foo ls who have sold their souls) in Ghana. A wiseman once saw this coming and warned AKANS to wake up and it became an albatrose around his neck; Now we know where he was coming from, God bless him for the vision. Akans is awake now with or without the king, because the battle is not against NPP as we thought but a certain ethnic group. john mahama said it when addressing guan chiefs in march 2012.
