The President was elected by majority vote and is operating under the constitution. Kabila´s disdain for the President shows plainly any time he is offered the privilege to address the whole nation. My advice to this young man whose abysmal performance at his attempt to be elected to serve his people at parliament should be a pointer to him to be humble.

The way he shouts at the radio stations depicts him as someone who mishandles the privilege offered him by the stations. Such attitude will adversely affect his political future if he does not check himself.
