President Mahama must not just appoint anybody to head SADA.I do suggest you hop on the Internet and learn of some international best practices on modern integrated agro-industrial complexes to attract very experienced managers with track record as successful hands on managers of similar important enterprises of world acclaim whose physical hand work can be seen for our assurance of quality and value for our money deserving as technical partners in a PPP arrangement of some sort or as a consultant. No need for any experiment by any non-tested individual who will end up spending huge amounts of money with nothing to show for it. There are examples of important national assets of some countries run by experts who happen to be foriegners where no qualified indigene with hands on expertise is readily available. As a stsr national asset Ghana needs to get this SADA thing right for the first time by people who know what they are doing while some of our best and bright young minds are strategically tapped to under study the experts and take over from them when a proper foundation has been laid. Is not the same approach that is taken on complex projects like the off shore oil drilling that eats up huge chunks of money that we dare not leave it in the hands of gamblers. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. Thanks President JM.
