    You've forgotten that the fees that these foreigners pay are part of the internally generated funds of the various universities?Definitely Ghanaians authorities will cut sizes to make more monies for their pockets.

    It makes sense to do so. Even in the USA, the state instituitions charge more for out-of-state students. The in-state students pay less for tuition, which serves as an incentive to educate and prevent brain drain.

    This is truely good advice to the Gov't because in USA, Europe, Asia and everywhere in the world all foreign students are asked to pay higher fees. Ghana can do the same in all the Educational Institutions in the Country.
