The Ashantis will never had allowed a non akan to buy this bungalow, because the tradition is the indegenes must get fed first, you need to ask them to buy before anybody else.Here is another tribe with a different mind that instead of the indegenes the settlers must be fed first, hence they are mad at their own who thought it wise to buy something in his own town, city and region instead of letting it go to non gas.OOOOOOH WHAT A PEOPLE THAT HATE THEMSELVES.Don't turn to blame Kufuor and Ashantis because this will never happen in any part of Ghana apart from Accra and GAS.

  Did Rawlings' 21 years in government also have similar "cheap or short sales" of government properties? If not, then why should Kufuor's ministers be given that right? And, if Mahama were to leave office in the next 1,000 years, will his sitting ministers be allowed to purchase government bungalows as cheap as pennies?
  
  Bottom line: "THESE ARE PROFESSIONAL THIEVES AND THEY'RE LOOTING GOVERNMENT PROPERTIES WITHOUT SHAME."

  Tamale Rest House was not an occupied bungalow and was also on divestiture before being sold to Huudu Yahaya. Nsawam was on divestiture before being bought by Mrs Rawlings. Point one government bungalow which has been sold to their occupants while in office like Jake's. Gov't money was used in renovating the house to the taste of Jake when he left the chief of staff to become the Minister of Tourism. Before then another Minister in the K4's gov't had occupied the bungalow after another massive renovation in 2001. Please we claim to be christians and Paul said in the bible, we can have every legal right to something but it is not all things that is legal that is moral.
