  Imagine what will happen to you and your family if there is no affordable means of transportation to take you to work and back? There will be no food on the table for the family and you will be the same person to blame the government.
  
  There is nothing wrong with this type of spending because, the people will ride the bus to work and pay taxes on their incomes. No work, no tax for the government.

  In ten years from now, when SCANIA will be demanding the payment for the twofold overpriced vehicles, there will be no Mahama as President to be questioned. Yes, we will be wondering how Ghana could go in for such a bad deal. But we will still be discussing the necessity for the then sitting President to purchase GREYHOUND Buses for the STC fleet.
  
  But there is still hope. By the time our Presidents purchase "MADE IN TOGO" Buses on credit, I will not be here to dispute your well minded argument.

  It is simple. He does not trust his own appointees to do a good plus he will miss out on the bribes and kickbacks; same as he did with the aeroplanes when he was vice president and Atta Mills saw fit to investigate him for his deals. The investigations however never materialised. The president died and that was the end of it.

The president cutting a sod for a church, must the president be doing all manner of menial jobs around, what are we paying his ministers for, and now they want armed guards to protected from who, I will say form themselves. The president must sit down and think hard to find ways of supervising his boys to do the jobs they have been voted to do, if he thinks they are not capable he should replace them. There are many able and competent Ghanaians around to do the job, but then again who wants to work in a tainted environment. WAKE UP MR PRESIDENT. AWAKE FOR GHANA AND BE PROGRESSIVE, it does not matter that you are ndc, you can be PROGRESSIVE.

The extent of malfeasance involved with this contract so incensed the late president that he set up a clandestine commission of inquiry to unravel the deal. So our dear current president appears to have some experience in such transactions. No wonder the minister of transportation wasn't there.

Mahama really needs a major advisory board who can steer him back to a track that will help him salvage his leaderships position. The PRESIDENT is really showing his incompetency and inability to execute his office as a PRESIDENT. He wont be meeting and negotiating buses for a company if he was a true PRESIDENT. He is a thief that is why he is doing this. Its like saying that President Obama went and Negotiated Vans with TATA for the Washington Transport Authority. In deed the man in the picture is the bus drive and Mahama begged to take that shot with him just to convince Ghanaian who are easily convinced by people with white skin. The president was only a passenger in that bus and I know this bus terminal.
