THIS NONSENSE SHOULD BE STOP. IF ANY GROUP WANTS TO CAMPAING FOR ALAN KYEREMANTENG THEY SHOULD GO TO GHANA AND DO SO. THEY SHOULD LEAVE UK BRANCH OUT OF IT. NANA ADDO IS STILL OUR FLAGBEARER

I just read an article on ghanaweb under the headline; "NPP-UK Distances Itself from UK Group" signed by the Chairman of NPP-UK, Mr. Hayford Atta Krufi.

Though, I'm not against the rejoinder, but I find this statement from him very hypocritical.

"The branch recognises Mr Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng as a leading member of NPP and qualifies to stand for any position in NPP in our internal elections. However the branch distances itself from any calls from UK for him to stand as the party’s flagbearer. We believe that the call is premature and condemn any groupings outside the party meddling in internal party affairs".

My question is: when did Chairman realise that rooting for a particular candidate is "premature"?
Just recently, Peter Antwi was on this forum stating categorically that the NPP-UK has fully endorsed Nana Addo as the next NPP flagbearer. I have also read from many sources that the NPP-UK is rooting for Nana.

So, which statement is premature in these two scenarios?

Personally, I don't know any group by name "Kairos Movement" for Alan, but are we supposed to know all groups for presidential aspirants?

Somebody could also argue that they don't know any group called " Nana Ladies in UK", because it is not affiliated to the NPP-UK. Yet, the group does a lot of things for the NPP and you as a Chairman of the NPP-UK have been a regular participant of its activities. Recently, the group celebrated its two year anniversary and many dignitaries, including Nana Addo and you Atta Akrufi were there.

So, why this double standards, Mr. Krufi?
