  Too much imitation and over-reliance on Western type of governance or economic approach which has already failed the Western economies. Ghana can solve its problems in its own innovative ways without towing the route of Bonds or Borrowing. We are failing because we not imaginative, we are simply learners who are not implementing the acquired knowledge well.

  Sometimes you wonder whether the finance minister really understand finance within the context of an under-developed economy. Ghana does not have a developed economy so applying budgetary finance in its purest form is wrong. You need to mix your financial resources up with other variety of resources to stave off unnecessary indebtedness and currency devaluation. What are you doing to your human capital, land, mineral resources, logistic and what have you?
